DELIVERY FRANCE (METROPOLITAN)

Once your order is validated, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your package is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. The delivery person does not require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (AND DOM-TOM)

RETURNS (FRANCE ONLY)

You have 14 days to return your products. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging with their labels. Only new, unworn and unsoiled products will be refunded within 10 working days via the payment method chosen for the order. A return fee of €5.90 will be charged.

If you want to return a product, simply go to your my account area and download the return slip attached to your order.

Then prepare your package as shown below:

- Print the shipping label and stick it on your package;

- Insert your invoice in the package;

- Place the items in their original packaging and with the label.

Go to the nearest post office and the package will be picked up after being scanned.

 

REFUND AFTER RETURN

Your items will be refunded to you within 10 working days via the payment method chosen for the order.
