COMPETITION RULES
From June 16 to June 19, 2024
Article 1: Organizer
Société Air France , (hereinafter the "Organizing Company"), a public limited company under French law registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 420 495 178, with capital of 126,748,775 Euros, whose registered office is located at 45, rue de Paris 95747 Roissy Charles De Gaulle cedex, is organizing on the Internet, from June 16 to June 19, 2024 inclusive ( Paris dates and times) a free Game with no obligation to purchase entitled " Air France x The Bradery competition » (hereinafter referred to as the “ Game ”), according to the terms and conditions described in these rules.

Article 2: Terms of participation
This free Game is open to any natural person aged 18 or over, with internet access and residing in mainland France, with the exception of the staff of the Organising Company and their family, as well as any persons who have collaborated in the development of the Game.
Only one entry per person is accepted (same name, same first name, same date of birth, same email address and same postal address). Winners will have to prove their age before receiving their prize.
Participation in the Game implies express and unreserved acceptance of the Rules, in all their provisions , of the rules of ethics in force on the Internet (etiquette, charter of good conduct , etc. ), as well as of the laws and regulations in force in France.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to automatically cancel participation in the Game if these conditions are not respected.
Participation is strictly nominative and the participant may not, under any circumstances, play under several pseudonyms or on behalf of other participants. The Organizing Company reserves the right to ask any participant to provide proof of these conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to provide proof of them will be excluded from the Game and, in the event of a win, will not be able to take possession of the prize.
Any person wishing to participate in the Game must provide the Organizing Company with their title, surname, first name, email address, date of birth, preferred departure airport and whether they wish to receive offers from the Organizing Company by email. If the participant checks the box "I agree to receive the Air France Newsletter by email", they will receive a confirmation email containing a clickable link allowing them to unsubscribe.
To participate in the Game, participants simply need to:
- Log in to the Game page, complete the registration form by filling in the mandatory fields as defined above, then click on “I participate” to confirm your registration.
- By participating, you agree to receive The Bradery Newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in the emails, or by contacting hello@thebradery.com.
Article 3: Terms of announcement of the Game
This Game is announced by The Bradery x Air France on the following means of communication:
- The Bradery website ;
- The Bradery Social Media (Instagram) ;
- The Bradery's commercial emails;
- The Bradery Push Apps.
Article 4: Terms and conditions for designating the winner and awarding the prize
The winner will be notified individually by email on June 24, 2024. If a winner does not come forward within fifteen (15) days of the announcement of the results by email, he or she will be deemed to have forfeited his or her prize and a new draw will be conducted to designate a new winner.
Article 5: Allocation
The prize consists of one (1) set of two (2) round-trip Air France tickets for two ( 2 ) people in Premium Economy class. (flights operated by Air France using its own resources) to New York to be booked between September 4 and December 20, 2024.
The trip must take place outside school holidays, within a period of 6 months following the reservation, i.e. between September 4 and December 20 depending on the reservation date, departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport or provincial airport ( metropolitan France) by Air France in France to New York.
The allocation does not include cancellation and repatriation insurance, nor any other expense not specified in the description above.
All costs not mentioned as included in the prize remain the responsibility of the winner; these include, but are not limited to:
- Parking of vehicles at the airport and visas;
- Hospitality and catering.
The following conditions apply to the round trip ticket for the prize won:
- The ticket is issued on flights operated by Air France only, subject to availability in the booking class dedicated to free tickets and in the Premium Economy transport cabin.
- The ticket can only be booked during the booking period indicated in the rules and used only during the travel period indicated in the rules. If the booking is not made during the booking period, the winner will lose their prize. The winner will determine their departure airport from among the stopovers operated by Air France in metropolitan France, based on the seats available at the time of booking. All flights are subject to availability.
The commercial value of the lot is given for information purposes only and is subject to variation.
The total amount of the reservation , for the tickets of the prize won, cannot exceed 1,615.28 € incl. VAT.
If there are no more seats available on the desired dates from the departure airport or if the prize exceeds the maximum amount, then the winner will have to choose other dates or another departure airport.
Tickets cannot be split into multiple tickets less than or equal to the maximum value.
Travel tickets must be used only by the winner and one person of their choice.
The winner and his/her companion must travel together, on the same dates and on the same flights, on the same reservation file.
The tickets will be non- transferable after reservation and will not give rise to any compensation in any form whatsoever (reimbursement of the unit value of the tickets in cash) and to no earning of Flying Blue miles.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-changeable.
Tickets will be issued exclusively in electronic format. The travel memo will be sent to the winner by email. Tickets are subject to Air France's General Conditions of Carriage.
Article 6: Verification of the identity of participants
Participants authorize any verification concerning their identity and place of residence.
These checks will be carried out in strict compliance with the legal provisions concerning respect for privacy. Any indication of falsified, fraudulent, false, misleading, incorrect or inaccurate identity or address may result in the elimination of participation.
Article 7: Liability
The Organizing Company will not be held responsible in the event of a malfunction in the smooth running of the Game or in the event of a malfunction of the "Internet" network or the Instagram social network preventing access to the Game or its smooth running. If the Organizing Company makes every effort to provide users with available and verified information and/or tools, it cannot however be held responsible for errors (in particular display on the Game sites, erroneous emails), a lack of availability of information and/or the presence of viruses on the site. Participation in this Game implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation or hacking and the risks of contamination by possible viruses circulating on the network.
It is the responsibility of each participant to take all appropriate measures to protect their own data and/or software stored on their computer and telephone equipment against any attack.
The connection of any person to the site and participation in the Game is done under his/her entire responsibility. Furthermore, the Organizing Company is not responsible in the event of :
- telephone connection problems,
- hardware or software problems,
- destruction of information provided by participants for a reason not attributable to the Organizing Company ,
- human or electrical errors,
- disruptions that could affect the smooth running of the Game or malfunction of the automated drawing process.
The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for the winner's inability to take a plane or travel to a foreign country due to the irregularity of their papers (absence of visa, absence of passport or expired passport, etc.) or for health restrictions. In all cases, if the smooth administrative and/or technical running of the Game is disrupted by a cause beyond the control of the Organizing Company, the latter reserves the right to interrupt the Game.
Any fraud or non-compliance with these rules may result in the exclusion of the perpetrator from the Game, with the Organising Company reserving the right, where appropriate, to take legal action against the perpetrator.

Article 8: Modification of the Game dates
The Organizing Company shall not incur any liability if, in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control, it is required to cancel this Game, reduce it, extend it, postpone it or modify its conditions.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend , reduce or postpone the duration dates of the Game.
Article 9: Interpretation of the regulations
The Organizing Company will decide any question and/or dispute relating to the application of these rules, in compliance with French law. These decisions will be final.
Any dispute or claim relating to this Game must be made in writing and sent to the Game address: AIR FRANCE – PSWB.EA – The Bradery x Air France Competition - 45, rue de Paris -95747 Roissy Charles de Gaulle cedex and may not be taken into consideration beyond a period of one (1) month from the closing of the Game (June 24, 2024)
Article 10: Applicable law and attribution of competences
These regulations are subject to French law , to the exclusion of its rules of private international law .
Article 11: Reimbursement
The Game is completely free and cannot be refunded.
Participants who access the site from a modem and by means of a telephone line billed in proportion to the communication time or per call may obtain reimbursement of their connection costs on the site www.airfrance.com on the basis of a flat rate per day corresponding to the cost of the connection of 6 (six) minutes of local telephone communication including tax from a landline.
The costs incurred (slow rate stamp in force) by the participant for this request will be reimbursed upon simple request. Only one request per participant (same name, same address and/or same e-mail and/or same RIB/RIP) will be taken into account for the entire Game. It being noted that in the current state of service offers and technology, some Internet access providers offer a free or flat-rate connection to Internet users, it is expressly agreed that any access to the Game site carried out on a free or flat-rate basis (such as in particular cable connection, ADSL or specialized connection) will not give rise to any reimbursement, insofar as the subscription to the services of the access provider is in this case contracted by the Internet user for his use of the Internet in general and that the fact for the participant to connect to the Game site and participate in the Game does not cause him any additional costs or expenses.
Likewise, it is imperative to make any request for reimbursement no later than ten ( 10 ) calendar days after receipt of the corresponding telephone bill. The date retained will be that indicated on the bill. The request for reimbursement must include the following elements: the participant's name, first name, postal address and e-mail address (all these elements must be identical to those entered on the Game registration form), a RIB or RIP (Bank or Postal Identity Statement), the date and time of their participation, their e-mail and password, and as soon as it is available, a photocopy of the detailed bill from the telephone operator and/or access provider indicating the connection dates and times by underlining them.
This photocopy will serve as proof of address. The name and address of the person requesting reimbursement must be the same as those mentioned on the telephone operator's bill. Each reimbursement request containing the information and documents described above must be sent to:

Article 1 2 : Filing of the regulations
- The rules of the Game are filed with Maître Jean-Louis Hauguel, Commissioner of Justice, 42 rue de la Buffa , 06000 Nice, France. The rules are accessible on https://thebradery.com/pages/air-france , the Game website throughout the duration of the Game. They are also available free of charge to any person who requests them from the Game Operator acting on behalf of the Organizing Company , at the following address:

The costs incurred by the participant to obtain this regulation will be reimbursed during the period of the Game upon simple written request, to the same address accompanied by a bank account number and supporting documents.
The rules are available on the game website for the entire duration of the competition.
Article 1 3 : Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in this Game implies full and complete acceptance of all the clauses and conditions of these rules.
Article 1 4 : Processing of personal data
In accordance with the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data and in particular the provisions of the amended "Data Protection" law of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679), the Organising Company , responsible for processing, whose head office is located at 45, rue de Paris - 95747 Roissy CDG Cedex, informs you that the information collected as part of the Game is subject to processing of personal data.
For the information indicated as mandatory, it is necessary to participate in the Game. In the absence of this data, participation cannot be taken into account.
For information not indicated as mandatory, the legal basis of the processing being your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The data is kept for the duration of the Game and for a period of three ( 3 ) years from the delivery of the prizes . The data is intended for the departments of the Organizing Company in charge of the Game , as well as for the subcontractors used by the Organizing Company to implement the processing .
In accordance with the regulations in force, the participant has the right to access, rectify, oppose, port, limit the processing and delete personal data concerning him/her. These rights may be exercised directly with the Air France Data Protection Officer, in writing to Air France - Data Protection Officer - ST.AJ.IL - 45 rue de Paris, 95747 Roissy CDG CEDEX or by email to mail.data.protection@airfrance.fr, making sure to specify that the request is part of the Game.
The participant is informed that any exercise of the right of deletion before the end of the Game will result in the immediate cancellation of his/her participation.
The participant also has the right to refer any complaint relating to the manner in which the Company
Organizer collects and processes personal data within the framework of this document.
