RULES OF THE SUMMER QUIZ 2024

From August 1 to August 31, 2024

Article 1: Organization of the Quiz

The company SYMMETRIC, whose head office is located at 23 rue du Mail, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 839 442 258, is organizing a quiz entitled "Summer Quiz The Bradery" from August 1 to August 31 inclusive, exclusively via the mobile application The Bradery.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

  1. Participation in the quiz is free and without obligation to purchase.
  2. To participate, it is necessary to download The Bradery application and create a user account.
  3. Participants must enable app notifications to receive the day's questions.
  4. Participants must have the latest version of the app (10.70.00) to view the quiz questions.
  5. Participants must log in to their account on the application so that we can contact them in the event of a win. If the participant is not logged in, they are not linked to any email address and we are therefore unable to communicate their winnings.

Article 3: Quiz Terms and Conditions

  1. Every day, a new question will be published on the app at 2:00 p.m.
  2. Participants must answer the question of the day by 1:59 p.m. the following day. to validate their participation.
  3. Each answer, whether right or wrong, allows you to accumulate points to win vouchers for the start of the school year. 1 answer to the quiz = 1 point. There are 31 days so the maximum number of points that can be accumulated is 31 points.
  4. Each correct answer allows you to be drawn to win €100. For 31 days, 1 person will be drawn each day from the correct answers to the previous day's question to win this sum.
  5. Each person can only win the €100 once.
  6. The voucher is valid for a single order, so it cannot be used multiple times.

Article 4: The Gains

  1. Participants can win the following vouchers based on the number of questions they answer:

    • 30 answers : €50 voucher for every €100 spent.
    • 20 answers : €30 voucher for purchases of €80 or more.
    • 10 answers : €10 voucher for purchases of €60 or more.

    The quiz starts on August 1st and ends on August 31st, so participants can earn up to 31 points. In this case, they will receive €50 of purchases.

  2. A €100 voucher is up for grabs every day in addition. One person who gets the right answer will be drawn at random from among the participants. This voucher is strictly personal, cannot be combined with other promotional offers and is valid on the entire site except for Travel offers, until September 15. After this date, the voucher will no longer be valid. It is possible to win this voucher only once.

Article 5: Award of Winnings

  1. The winners of the €100 vouchers will be announced via push notification the next day and contacted by email within 3 days. Winners are invited to check their spam to make sure they do not miss the email. Only one reminder will be sent. If the participant does not use the voucher before September 15, the voucher will be canceled.
  2. All vouchers will be sent by email at the start of the school year on September 2 to the email address linked to their application on which they participated in the quiz.
  3. To use their voucher, participants must enter their strictly personal code in the basket. The voucher can only be spent once.

Article 6: Liability

  1. SYMMETRIC reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend or modify all or part of the quiz if circumstances beyond its control force it to do so.

Article 7: Data Protection and Freedoms

  1. The information collected on participants is recorded and used by the company SYMMETRIC for the management of the quiz and the allocation of winnings.
  2. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them. To exercise these rights, participants can write to the following address: hello@thebradery.com

Article 8: Acceptance of the Regulations

Participation in the quiz implies full acceptance of these rules. The complete rules are available upon request at the following address: hello@thebradery.com and in the T&Cs of the website https://thebradery.com/ .
