Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail giving you an estimated date of receipt of your order.
As soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail telling you that ‘Your parcel is on its way’. By clicking on the tracking number in the e-mail, you can follow the progress of your order step by step (Customer Account).
Don't panic, it's only a matter of days. You'll soon receive an email telling you that your order is on its way.
If you don't hear from us within 2-3 days, don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service department, quoting your order number here (Customer Service).
If this article has not answered your question, or if you have any problems with shipping or tracking your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, once your order has been paid for, it is validated by our logistics provider. We therefore no longer have the option of making changes or cancelling your order.
Once you have received your order, if you still wish to return it, please click here (Make a return).
If you have entered the wrong address, the item will be returned to sender and you will receive a full refund.

Returns costs are €6.95 and are at your expense, so that we can offer you the most transparent prices possible.
Then follow these steps:
1. Enter your e-mail address and your order number.
2. Select the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Enter the reason why you wish to return your product.
4. Then prepare your parcel: print and stick your returns form on your parcel.
5. Drop your parcel off at the Post Office or a relay point, and you will be reimbursed as soon as your order has been processed.
Items must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging. They cannot be returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled.
Please note that due to logistical constraints, if we receive an item that is not declared on your returns form, the refund period will be extended. During the returns procedure, please select all the items you wish to return.
* You have a legal period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the parcel to return your products to us. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to offer you a refund.
Providing you with a pleasant experience is our priority. We are therefore sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item.
If you have received a faulty product, we invite you to make a request for a return, mentioning the faulty items.
The cost of the return will be borne by us and reimbursed in the refund.
